Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions of trading apply to all customers with orders placed and agreed with the ddbag company limited and specified on the invoice issued to the customer at the point of order.

Product specification

Leather goods are made from quality natural leather and accordingly they may not be uniform in colour or texture. Only the finest hides are selected but they will show natural marks and scars on the hide. Some leathers will mellow with age and exposure to sunlight and heat.

We will endeavour to match the colour of the hide to that sample chosen as accurately as possible but variations both in the colour and texture may occur.

Over time the polystyrene bead filling will start to compress and it is recommended the ddbag is topped up with more polystyrene beads. These can be purchased from theddbag company or are available from other sources.

Prices

All prices are quoted inclusive of any relevant taxes at the prevailing rate and are subject to change.

Payment

All orders placed with the ddbag company are made to the client's individual specification. Full payment is required at the time of order so that it may proceed.

Returns and refunds

Once products are ordered they may not be cancelled. Minor alterations may be possible if made within 24 hours of placing the original order provided the order has not already been started.

Once delivered, no ddbag may be returned nor will we provide any refund or replacement unless the product is defective or it has been accidentally damaged in the course of delivery and the carrier has been informed of this at the time of delivery. All products are carefully checked before despatch.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary from 3 - 6 weeks. An approximate time will be given at the time of order but this may be subject to change. Delivery dates and tracking numbers (in the case of the ddbags) will be forwarded by the ddbag company to the customer either by email or telephone. Should the delivery not be received on the specified date or notice of attempt to deliver on that date, the ddbag company must be informed of this within 48 hours.
